1. Where these rules apply
These Community Guidelines apply to comments, replies and other community participation made available through Massage Nexus, including discussions where that feature is enabled. Not every page permits posting, and a discussion feature may be limited or unavailable. Public browsing does not require membership; posting uses the eligibility and access requirements of the relevant feature.
These rules work alongside applicable published Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. They do not turn a discussion into professional advice, a provider booking, a private support request or a verified review. Use the appropriate feature for each purpose.
2. Respect people and stay relevant
Address the topic, not another person's dignity or safety. Disagreement, critical reviews and correction requests can be expressed without insults, threats, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment or repeated unwanted contact. Do not organize harassment or encourage other people to target a member, practitioner, establishment or moderator.
Keep replies relevant and understandable. Do not flood pages, repeatedly post the same message, hijack unrelated conversations or use deceptive links. Advertising, recruiting and promotional participation must follow the applicable feature's rules and identify relevant interests; a community comment is not a general entitlement to advertise.
3. Participate honestly with one account
Each person may create and use only one personal Massage Nexus account. Do not use additional accounts to evade restrictions, manufacture agreement, manipulate ratings or rewards, impersonate someone or amplify a campaign. Use recovery or contact support if access is lost. The same account may hold client, practitioner and authorized operator roles; managed provider profiles are not extra personal accounts. Authorized internal service identities are distinct.
Do not pretend to be a provider representative, professional, customer or moderator when you are not. Disclose a relevant ownership, employment, family, sponsorship or incentive relationship when it could affect how readers understand your participation. Distinguish personal experience, opinion, secondhand information and established fact.
4. Protect privacy and permission
Do not post passwords, private contact details, home addresses, identity documents, financial information, health records or confidential conversations about someone else. A complaint does not justify exposing the person involved. Obtain appropriate permission before publishing identifiable photographs or another person's private experience; being able to view information elsewhere does not automatically authorize republication.
Use a private reporting or support channel for necessary sensitive evidence. Do not copy that evidence into comments, previews or notifications. Submit only material you have the right to use. Credit and a link do not replace required permission.
5. Apply content labels accurately
Use the available classification controls honestly. N means ordinary public content. M means mature, non-explicit context such as relevant anatomy, safety or boundaries, which may need warnings or narrower presentation. A means lawful adult-restricted material only within categories separately authorized by moderation and applicable rules; it is not a blanket permission for adult uploads.
R means highly restricted material retained for authorized moderation, legal, safety, research or evidence handling, not ordinary member publication. P means prohibited: it must not be published as allowed content. A label never makes exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, illegal solicitation or other prohibited material acceptable.
Do not hide mature content under an ordinary label or put it in an innocent-looking title or thumbnail. Adult-restricted content must stay out of public indexing, ordinary previews, broad recommendations and ordinary notifications. Highly restricted or private evidence must remain in its authorized handling channel. Contributors' labels support, but do not replace, platform moderation and access safeguards.
6. Keep people safe
Do not promote trafficking, coercion, exploitation, fraud, stalking, doxxing, malware or illegal activity. Do not pressure anyone into unwanted intimate contact or represent an unlawful service as a legitimate massage offering. Respect client and practitioner boundaries. Community posts cannot establish consent to treatment or replace direct professional assessment.
If someone faces immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency or official assistance channel. Massage Nexus community reporting is not an emergency-response service.
7. Reports, moderation and review
Use an available report feature or email admin@massagenexus.com. Identify the exact page or content, explain the concern and include relevant evidence without unnecessary personal information. Do not abuse reporting to silence lawful disagreement or knowingly submit false accusations.
Depending on the concern, we may seek clarification, correct labels, restrict visibility, remove content, limit participation or take other proportionate steps under applicable rules. Relevant severity, context, evidence and repeat behavior matter. A report is not an automatic finding against someone, and not every moderation action has the same consequence.
You may request review through an available appeal route or our contact email, identifying the decision and why you believe it should change. Do not evade restrictions while requesting review. We may preserve necessary evidence privately for safety, disputes or legal obligations. These guidelines do not promise a fixed response time, guaranteed restoration or continuous monitoring.
8. Changes and questions
The version and effective date on this page identify these published rules. Relevant changes may be explained through the service; any required account action is handled separately from ordinary public reading. Contact us with questions or corrections. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
