1. What counts as a contribution
These guidelines apply to directory additions and corrections, provider information, articles, reviews, translations, photographs and other material submitted through an enabled Massage Nexus contribution feature. A submission proposes information for the applicable editorial process; it does not automatically replace accepted data or become publicly visible.
Follow the requirements shown by the relevant form and applicable published Terms. Different features collect different information. A review describes an experience; a profile correction updates a fact; a claim requests authority. None automatically proves the others.
2. Make information accurate and usable
Provide clear, relevant information in the appropriate fields. Do not invent addresses, schedules, qualifications, service prices, amenities, treatment outcomes or verification claims. Separate what you observed from what a source reported. Mark unknown information as unknown where the form allows it; absence of evidence is not confirmation that something is false.
Use the established categories and options that actually fit. Do not choose a more impressive category, safety status or credential to increase visibility. Keep factual names and descriptions distinct from promotional claims. Avoid duplicate text, keyword stuffing, unreadable formatting and unrelated links.
3. Supply sources and identify uncertainty
Provide a useful source or explanation for facts that need support: an official provider page, a public announcement, an authorized confirmation or a dated observation, as applicable. Include when you checked it and which detail it supports. A source link should help review, not simply point to an unrelated home page.
Information can change. If sources conflict, state the conflict and relevant dates instead of silently selecting the convenient answer. Do not label information verified merely because you submitted it or because a business has a claimed profile. Preserve meaningful source context without copying more protected text or personal information than necessary.
4. Check duplicates and correct responsibly
Search for an existing establishment, branch, practitioner, article or other relevant record before creating another. Similar names alone do not prove a duplicate, and a branch relocation, closure, rename and merge are different facts. Explain which existing record a correction concerns and supply support for significant changes.
Use the available correction or contribution route rather than creating a duplicate to bypass review. Do not overwrite another person's experience with your own. If you discover an error after submission, provide a correction promptly; a factual update does not erase the provenance or ownership of earlier original work.
5. Keep reviews and editorial work authentic
Reviews must describe genuine relevant experiences and distinguish observations from opinions or assumptions. Do not invent visits, copy another review, coordinate fake ratings, or conceal relevant incentives or relationships. Disclose ownership, employment, sponsorship or another conflict when it affects the contribution's independence.
Articles and translations must preserve meaning, explain supportable claims and avoid presenting unqualified medical or professional advice as an established fact. Check machine-assisted work yourself: you remain responsible for its accuracy, permissions and labels. Do not use automation to flood submissions or disguise copied work.
6. Respect rights and private information
Submit only material you created or have sufficient permission or another lawful basis to use. Check licenses, attribution requirements and permission for identifiable people in photographs. Giving credit does not replace required authorization. Contributor-owned work remains yours; any service permission comes from the actual applicable Terms or separate license, not a transfer of ownership invented by this guideline.
Do not put private addresses, personal contact details, identity documents, passwords, financial records, health information or confidential conversations in public text or media. Use the designated private evidence field or contact channel when sensitive proof is genuinely necessary. Private evidence is not automatically public because it supports a listing or claim.
7. Label mature and restricted content correctly
N means ordinary public content. M means mature, non-explicit context, such as anatomy, safety or intimate boundaries, needing appropriate presentation and sometimes warnings. A means lawful adult-restricted material only in categories separately authorized by moderation and applicable policy, not general permission to upload adult content.
R means highly restricted material for authorized moderation, legal, safety, research or evidence handling, not ordinary member viewing. P means prohibited material that must not be published as an allowed item. Correct labeling cannot permit exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, illegal solicitation or other prohibited content.
Apply accurate labels to the text and each relevant media item. Do not hide mature material in an ordinary title, thumbnail or description. Adult-restricted material must not appear in public indexing, ordinary previews, broad recommendations or ordinary notifications; highly restricted and private evidence must stay within authorized handling. When unsure, explain the uncertainty and request review rather than choosing a misleadingly permissive label. Classification does not replace moderation or access controls.
8. Review, accounts and questions
Use one personal account. The same account can hold client, practitioner and authorized operator roles and manage provider profiles; those profiles are not additional personal accounts. Do not create extra accounts to bypass review, impersonate people or manipulate rewards.
Reviewers may request evidence, correct classification, return a submission for changes or decline publication under applicable rules. Submission is not a guarantee of publication, authority, payment, rewards or ranking. No automatic penalty is created by this guideline. Ask about a correction or review decision through an available route or admin@massagenexus.com, identifying the record and relevant reasons without unnecessary private information.
